    How late is too late?

    What time of the day will you all call it quits on the feeding. Trying to get 6 to 7 meals in a day takes me into the wee hours of the night. To be more specific my last whole food meal is at obout 8:30 to 9:00 PM and I do a protein drink (ONLY 5 CARBS) at around 11:00 PM. I usually go nighty night at about 12:00 AM. Do you guys think Im running that last protein drink to late or is that ok? Thanks Bro's

    Dawgy If your worried about about your protein drink before bedtime you shouldnt worry beacuse it is fast digesting. Some people even recommend ingesting protein rich foods such as egg whites, cottage cheese and even a tin of tuna an hour before bedtime to prepare for the 8 hour fast. Currently i have been eating some cottage cheese as it slower digesting that the protein drink.

    Doesn't matter for protein. Some people even get up in the middle of the night to take in protein.

    took the words right outta my mouth....i have been drinking a shake anywhere from one hour before bed til right before and have had no problems.....getting in 6 meals a day is key and it doesnt matter what time it is as long as the meal timing with carbs or fats stays consistent with previous activity.
