I use flax, mostly. I just bought some Udo's (blend of omega 3's, 6's, and 9's), though. I think I'll be prodominantly using it since it is so raved about.

If you eat enough tuna everyday, it is not necessary to take in that much EFA's. But if I'm not taking in much tuna I just started using flax seeds ground up and mixed into my shake. Much, much cheaper than oil as I have recently found.

Yeh this is what i was trying to say does flax oil have the omega 3's, 6's, and 9's or should i but udo's just seems that much more exspensive than flax? I need an oil as i really hate peanut butter!

    Thanks

What tuna do you eat, the one in oil? The one in spring water has like no fat in it, so I'm not understanding your statement above bro.

I utilize flax, omegas 3,6,9, olive oil, almonds.

I use the chunk light and the albacore. It provides around 1.5g's of omega's per can. I was eating 4 cans a day. I just used it to help cut back on the amount of flax I took to save money. It didn't help a great deal, but something is better than nothing.
