    what should a good protein shake contain, any examples and brands would be appreciated. thanks.

    Natures Best Isopure zero carbs, best tasting IMO, but a little more expensive than other brands

    My favorite too... the chocolate flavor is awesome. Get a bucket of Dextrose or add a banana when you want to add carbs to it (MRP)...
