If you are having oats already, I don't see why yogurt would be needed.

That sounds absolutely nasty anyhow, hahaha......

i play rugby, and i ate a cup of yogurt about 45 minutes before practice once... let me emphasize once. i couldn't even move after the first block of sprints, felt like thick yogurt was coursing through my viens. never again. wouldn't want to feel like that for a workout, then again it could just be me?

I think that was because you ate it 45 mins. beforehand...1.5-2 hrs before exercise should be sufficient to prevent any ill effects.

I personally think Yogurt is the nastiest looking stuff I have ever seen. I tend to leave that stuff to the FAB5. lol
