PLease give me a quick critique
Hey i am starting my cutting phase after i get some approval of this diet.
OFF DAys
45 Minute cardio on empty
30 minutes later- pro/fat meal
2.5 hours later- pro/fat meal
2.5 hours later- pro/veggie
2.5 hours later- pro/veggie
2.5 hours later- pro/fat
1.5 hours-pro/veggie
On days are the same except for the last 2 meals which consist of a 2 pro/carb meals the 1st having 50 g pro and 125-150 g of dex and the 2nd meal consisting of 45 grams of protein and 80 grams of carbs
Also i am 5'11 and 175 lbs so shoudl i consume a tblspoon of flax seed for my fats and 45-55 g of protein for my meals?
