PLease give me a quick critique
Hey i am starting my cutting phase after i get some approval of this diet.
OFF DAys
45 Minute cardio on empty
30 minutes later- pro/fat meal
2.5 hours later- pro/fat meal
2.5 hours later- pro/veggie
2.5 hours later- pro/veggie
2.5 hours later- pro/fat
1.5 hours-pro/veggie
On days are the same except for the last 2 meals which consist of a 2 pro/carb meals the 1st having 50 g pro and 125-150 g of dex and the 2nd meal consisting of 45 grams of protein and 80 grams of carbs
Also i am 5'11 and 175 lbs so shoudl i consume a tblspoon of flax seed for my fats and 45-55 g of protein for my meals?

at your height and weight 125-150g of dex is a hell of a lot of carbs for pwo nutrition in my opinion. I'm at 180 rite now and eat about 2100 calories a day and it seems like you are eating a lot more and for me im losing a pound a week. everyone's different though. also i try to get in equal fat intake for all meals except pwo and ppwo. i take in about 1tbs of flax per day total and use nuts, olive oil, and whatever fats are in meats, mayo or fish for the rest. so far i've lost 15 lbs since thanksgiving using this plan.

You're going to have to experiment w/your amounts for your weight.

agreed...dont wanna go too hypo caloric....i found that the RMR calculator from www.bodybuilder.com helped me establish a decent number to shoot for.

hey big, how much do carbs pwo and ppwo do you consume? Also do you carb load?

I personally like to play it safe and not use too much simple sugars post workout, while cutting.

i go with 30g protein and 60g dextrose then 30g carbs from potato, yam or oats and 30g protein from chicken or tuna PPWO. this so far has been working great for me and i have been losing a pound a week.
