    I guess tricky question to answere to but

    How much weight do you guys think I need to lose to se my abs
    around 20 is my guess, I hope that will be enough

    Im 200 pounds and 5"11

    u need at least between 7-10% Body fat to see them abs

    That and it hard to tell "how many pounds" as you cant spot reduce when cutting.

    I guess thats true. Im one of those unfortunate ****s that loses fat EVERYWHERE before I do it on my stomach. My back face and then legs leans out first . Chest and abs last

    I feel ya' there...

    I'm holding quite a bit more fat than you around my midsection but I can still see my upper 2 abs rather well. Do you incorporate abs into your routine, regularly? I do them, not because I think I can spot reduce my gut, but to maintain overall torso strength. And, maybe oneday, when I do shed my extra fat, there they will be, in all their wonderfull abdominal glory, LOL!!

    Yeah I do abs 3-4 times a week. Mostly to not get hurt(pl'ing and alot of max outs). I always have had very strong abs but they never show ccause I have always been fat as a pig

    what if you do a 100 rep set once a week per bodypart? Is it possible to store more fat inside the muscle?
