u need at least between 7-10% Body fat to see them abs
That and it hard to tell "how many pounds" as you cant spot reduce when cutting.Quote:

I'm holding quite a bit more fat than you around my midsection but I can still see my upper 2 abs rather well. Do you incorporate abs into your routine, regularly? I do them, not because I think I can spot reduce my gut, but to maintain overall torso strength.
