any input on "PHO" (vietnamese beef noodle soup)
where does this fit in a bodybuilding diet? should I reserve it for cheat meal or can it fit in as regular meal.

The soup in Pho is not too fatty. You can see the fat seperated from the soup floating near the top. The cut of the leanness of the beef and soup will all depend on which restaurant you go to. This would be a good PWO meal IMO. Kinda like pasta w/ meat sauce.
