Maintenance Diet
Hey fellas,
im starting to do some research on a good maintenance diet. Just wanna see what types of ratios you guys suggest to keep a steady weight. I'll be able to figure out calorie intake on my own and I will stick to the principles I've been following lately just with more calories. So what kinds of ratios do you use. So you know my goal is 170lbs at 7-8% bodyfat. The less bodyfat the better, but that's about where i think i can hold with relative ease. Thanks for any input.

Well Im a little confused if your trying to stay at the weight you are now, or whether your trying to lose weight to get to 170. I would suggest a 50p/35-30c/15-20f

Personally, if I stop watching/micromanaging what I eat and just eat I maintain...My body likes homeostasis, it takes A LOT of work to add or subtract muscle or fat....
