New bulking diet
This is my curant bulking diet, I know I know its clean but I have never really had a bulking diet that was not clean and always make good solid gains. Also I have alot of extras in my MRP and Whey shakes ie Bananas, Peanut Butter Whole-Milk and Flax.
Any comments good or bad.
MEAL 1 - 11:00AM
8oz OATMEAL SHAKE WITH 7oz OF SEMI SKIMMED MILK
5 HOLE BOILED EGGS
2 SLICES OF WHOLEMEAL TOAST
MEAL 2 - 1:00PM
1 TUNA SHAKE
MRP SHAKE
1 APPLE
MEAL 3 - 4:00PM
1 X 8oz STEAK
6oz OF COOKED WHOLE-MEAL PASTA
1 X 8oz BAKED POTATO
1 CUP OF COOKED CHOPPED BROCCOLI
1 SALAD
WORKOUT 5:00PM TO 5:45PM
5:45PM =
WHEY SHAKE
1 PEANUT BUTTER SANDWICH
MEAL 4 - 7:00PM
MRP SHAKE
MEAL 5 - 9:00PM
1 X 6oz SKINLESS BONELESS CHICKEN BREAST
1 X 8oz BAKED POTATO
6oz OF COOKED BROWN RICE
SALAD
MEAL 6 - 11:00PM
1 TUNA SHAKE
1 TIN OF SARDINES
1 ORANGE
WHEY WITH DEXTROSE BEFORE BED
Current Stats

252lbs
was at about 10% bf but know hard to say as holding water with stack.

Why do you have whey w/dextrose before bed?
Are you trying to intentionally store fat?
Dextrose before bed wouldn't qualify as "clean" either really.

I also have a few Rice Cakes with each MRP with honey on them if I am low on Dextrose, and the same before bed.

I live in Scotland Bro we need A bit to keep warm
Anyway abit of fat is welcome I aint going to put on that much from 60g a day as its not really spilling over at 60g just enuff to help alnong with the whey to drive nutrients to the muscles at night when it is needed most and the Dex puts the breaks on cortisol also which is catabolic.

Cool bro
What would you suggest before bed then just the whey in milk along side a casein mix, and also do you think I need more Protein in my diet.

I have flax in my mrps, but I think I will add Casein before bed.

Before bed I drink either just a protein shake...and a few hours later wake up and drink another shake or I'll add flax to it....of course it's mixed with water eitehr way...I really don't drink milk anymore.
