    Flax seed oil capsules?

    Got some flax, capsules not seeds...It's 1000mg Organic Flaxeed oil a capsule. It says I should take 1-2 a day...sound right to you guys? Thats alotta oil lol

    The capsules are a pain becasue you have to take a lot of them...
    get the oil in a bottle and some real flax seeds.

    Yeah I take a 1000mg capsule 3-4 times day but it was what was on sale so I bought it. I do like the actual oil so I can put it in my shakes.

    So the suggest dose if you are doing a low fat diet is 3000-4000mg a day. I currently take one every morning. I guess I need to up the dose from 1000 to at least 3000.

    i would say 2-5g's depending on your size... I mean a 150 pound person would need around 2g's as a 250 pound peson could take in around 4-5g's.

    not to be a party pooper but get real flax seeds grind them bitches up and you have a LB of flax seeds for about 3-4$
