2nd meal timing after cardio session..
yo guys! its me again..hehe.. ok a qeustion for u guys yet again..i always take a post cardio shake consisting of 44g of whey and 28g of flax 15 -30 min after my cardio session. how long after should i have my next pro/fat meal? Bearing in mind that the flax may stay in my system for quite a while. 2hrs?

About 2.5 hours is good IMO.
