Weight Watchers called me obese.
I went with my sister today cause shes doin this weight watchers thing and they weighed me just for fun. According to thier pamphlet im 30 pounds over my max weight and am considered obese......**** and i thought the fact that my abs were startin to come through meant i was losin fat. Oh well time to drop the weights and just do cardio..J/K.
My real question is how effective is this weight watchers stuff??? I was a little concerned cause they dont measure body fat at all, just weight. Anyone know anybody whose done this and how well it worked??? I made her look into this sight for some weight training advice and stuff so we'll see. Any insights would be appreciated.
