Post am cardio meal...
On the days that I am able to do my cardio in the am on an empty stomach, i was just curious as to how long i should wait to consume my first meal after the cardio? Also, anyone have any opinions on a good meal to be consuming after the morning cardio, keeping in mind that I am cutting?
Thanks for the help

Actually he said protein and fats as the first post-cardio meal, not protein/carbs. Just my observation.......

Thanks for the help, i just want to make sure though. So this differs from my post lifting meal where i should incorporate a protein/carb scheme, or should it still be a protein/fat one?
Thanks

Protein/fat meal immediately following my walk in the morning. If I wait any longer than 15 mins to eat, my stomach usually starts making enough noises to wake up the neighbors. Always protein/fat though after cardio.

I have never read this before...why protein/fat after cardio?
People are recommending it to other AR bros...but no one has given an explanation.
