Uuh....Im no Swolecat...but I'm gonna say that deopends on how many shakes you have, and how much fat you're getting throught the day from non-shake meals.
not every shake, no real need for it in every sahke. Especially in your PWO shake.
this depends greatly on your macro breakdown for a meal, your caloric intake for the day, and the time you take in the meal. it is a fairly open ended question, however you should know that whey protein by itself is abosorbed and digested so fast that a lot of it is wasted in the body. when i use whey for a meal other than PWO i generally take in a tbs. of flax or some nuts to slow digestion.
