Individually defrost them in the microwave, then cook them in the oven on 350.

I charbroil 5lbs on monday and my roomate and I eat them all week. They make great "on the go" meals. Seasonings: salt, garlic, pepper, cayenne, etc... eat 'em with barbecue sauce, salsa, or drop them in a green salad.

I freeze mine 2 to a bag...and then thaw as needed. This way there's no waste.
I usually BBQ mine once thawed.

I have been grilling them for the last 2 weeks. BBQ on half of them and a Razzberry Chipolte sauce on the other ones. That razz-chipolte sauce is the bomb!! fraking best sauce I have ever tasted on chicken. the jack daniels bbq sauce is pretty darn good also!

I grill in summer. In winter I bake with season salt. I always cook a large pack and store them in the fridge in a plastic tub next to the brown rice tub.

Stir-frying is too fast for me to cook it any other way. I just use terriakki and a little bit of olive oil.
