protein sources

What others sources for protein could i use thats as easy as tuna. Would eggwhites in a carton be good? Is there some kind of precooked chicken you can get and just microwave it?

You can pre-cook all of your own meats and take them with you as you would tuna. If you have to open a can to get the tuna out, you can cook and take along lots of other preparations as well.

I agree. if you plan all your meals ahead this shouldnt be a problem.
