    What time of day is most ideal time when weighing yourself?

    Right in the morning when you get up! Do your bathroom business and hop on the scale.

    Every two weeks, Saturday a.m., first thing upon rising after taking a wee wee, totally naked, before u eat/drink anything.

    sounds bang on. A substantial meal with a tall glass of water without going to the loo could add 3-4 lbs to your weight easily. Then theres your clothes.
