    with 8 scrambled eggs 3 yolk and splenda all mixed together....try it, you may like it

    The sweetener can be a blessing sometimes, I'm getting sick of plain oatmeal. At least i don't add brown sugar like when I was growing up .

    1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup soy milk, 1 packet splenda. Then, I let it dry out for like 10 mins. It's delish! Add cinnamon if you get bored

    I grab a cup of oatmeal, about a cup of water... nuke it for 3mins, then add a tons of brown sugar twin on it and a small spoon full of peanut butter and mix it....

    Tastes awsome

    My secret recipe (not anymore!)... this is NOT a cutting shake This is what I drink before working out when bulking... throw everything in to a blender with boiling water and a spoon of cinnamon!
