    HELP.......Diet plan

    I need to lose some weight and my problem is I travel in my car everyday and eat on the run which usually means fast food. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to do this a lot healthier, without starving.

    When you get home prepare your meals for the following day, that's how the rest of us do it.

    or pick one day and cook for the whole week. that way you can just throw food in the microwave and boom..

    I completely agree. I find that preparing on the weekend, or on a quieter evening helps me a lot. Good luck bro!

    i've been prepping food the night before and it works ok....some people do it for the whole week if they dont have the time every nite. for me i'd rather take 30-45minutes a nite then spend my whole day off cooking for the week.

    Works great for me, just get a little cooler and bring it with you, you'll save money eating like this also rather than eating out all the time.
