Help: poor eating week
guys i was in a week long world exhibit and wasnt able to watch what i ate and drank. i basically ate high fat food and drank lots of booze. i had no time to workout either. Its been over a week since i broke my healthy diet and regimen and i feel i have gained weight, most likely fat.
Question is how long will it take to get me back on track? I wouldnt want to do excessive cardio since i am bulking as well. however if this is the only way i will lose the unwanted weight ihave accumulated tthis week then i would be willing to stall the bulking process til after. Does this make sense?

just get back to where you started bro. when i went on vacation i ate and drank a lot and only worked out like 3 days outta the week. it happens though man. sometimes this is good because it'll kick your @ss back on track. just begin where you left off. also i was cutting so for me it was different. because you are bulking it may not be as detrimental, but now you may have to cut a bit longer when you start to shed the fat.
