    AM Treadmill Cardio

Just wanted to find out what incline and speed you guys used for your AM cardio. I want to make sure I'm keeping myself in the fat burning zone. I know how to take my BPM, but was just curious what levels you guys use while still staying in a fat burning zone. Thanks.

It'll differ for everyone. Aim for 65-75% of MHR for 45 mins and you are golden for pure lipolysis purposes.
