going on vaca
diet has been extremly good for last 8 weeks.down to 262 from 274..cardio 5x week,train 5x week...bf around 9%at 6'2".going all inclusive next week so i'm definately gonna be doing some cheating....how much damage can i do in 5 days.i'm thinking not too much,but i could be wrong.probably wont be training at all..it is a vacation after all.just swimming ,sunning and a little partying.any suggestions??

I just got back from a week and a half vacation. All I did workout wise was 3 days of abs and 2 days of pushups. I was also at 9% bf. I ate like total **** for that week and a half: donuts, cup cakes, cookies, pan cakes, bla bla bla, and gained 4 lbs. and went up maybe a 1-2% in bf. 3 days back into my diet, I'm almost down to the weight I was originally at when I left. The point I'm getting to is don't worry about it and have fun on your vacation, you only get so many of em ya know?

I went on an all-inclusive 5 day vacation last year and ate and drank like total **** every day. I didn't do a weight comparison, but I didn't notice any big difference in how i looked, and after a few days of eating normally and working out, i was definitely back to where i started.

i did the same as Kim (seeing as though we went together ) we managed to workout like 3 or 4 of the five days. i noticed that i did put on some weight...mostly water and i lost that extra pound of fat in about a week's time...what i did was not cheat for 2 weeks after to try and reset myself to where i was. it worked well and as long as you are low enuf in fat anyways you probably wont notice too much of a difference after you come back and jump right on the diet again.

i forgot to mention im finishing up my cycle tomorrow...bad timing....wondering if i should run it for one more week just to help maintain for the week...it was only a 6wk tren /prop cycle...nothing heavy...any thoughts on this

well,i have returned.only put on 5#...ran the prop for the week just for mentel purposes..filled out nicely..muscles got full and vascularity increased...back on the wagon now
