use harris benedict formula to get your caloric need in your case i would lower it by 500-750 cals.. i use a macro of 50% pro, 35% fat and 15% carb..

so simply when you get your cal intake number multiply it by .5/.35/.15
for example in a 2000 cal diet it would be
2000 x .5 = 1000
2000 x .35 = 700
2000 x .15 = 300
then devide the numbers by the calorie count for each gram or substance
1g of fat = 9 cals
1g of pro and carbs = 4cals..
