Carb Cycling diet, please critique
Mon: 250g of protein, 80-100g of carbohydrates, 30 g of fat (No Training)
Tuesday: 250g of protein, 80-100g of carbohydrates, 30 g of fat (Training)
Wednesday: 250g of protein, 250g of carbohydrates, 15g of fat (Training)
Thursday: 250g of protein, 80-100g of carbohydrates, 30 g of fat (No Training)
Friday: 250g of protein, 80-100g of carbohydrates, 30 g of fat (Training)
Saturday: 250g of protein, 80-100g of carbohydrates, 30 g of fat (Training)
Sunday: 250g of protein, 250g of carbohydrates, 15g of fat (Training)
5"11, 180-190lbs, 14%

I would cut Mondays and Thursdays carbs in half. Other than that it looks good.

I to would say cut carbs on monday and thursday, since there no trainning days i personally don't see a need for that many, but as we all know everyone is different, try it how it best suits you and stick with it a few weeks. That's the only way you will ever now. In my case it's always been, less carbs = greater results.
