    Arrow all help appreciated...

    ok another post from the big guy.... lol.....ok I started my diet....working out and what not...... but i need help....im eating fish, chicken, and veggies, oatmeal.....i just been eating corn/green beans/peas for a side for my chicken,,,,, getting boring.... please help.... the more ideas (recipes) the better.

    for one corn and peas are bad.. two add some spices.. three get some 1g carb ketchup.. and Sugar Free Jellow is your friend..

    If you're looking to cut, you probably want to avoid corn, peas, and carrots...higher GI carbs. Sure, they're still better than eating fries or, say, a hot fudge sudae. But you're better off going with broccoli or some other low GI vegetable.
