Please help me on my diet
Ok back in the day I wanted to be as huge as possible, but not anymore. Now I just want to be cut and lean. I am about 6'2 and I weigh 199lbs. I've lost about 15lbs last winter (not because of a diet, I was so busy working and studying I was only eating once maybe twice a day), but I still got some flab around the sides I need to dump. I am planning to start a new diet and I need advice. Remember, I want to get lean/cut, but still add some muscle.
Meal #1- 3 scoops Muscle Milk
Workout
Meal #2- Bagel, banana, bowl of oatmeal and some peanut butter
Meal #3- 3 scoops Muscle Milk
Meal #4- Chicken breast, non fat yogurt and some veggies
Meal #5- Can of tuna, 3 whole eggs, 1 egg white, non fat mayo and maybe some carrots
Meal #6- Bottle of that Isopure protein drink or 2 scoops Muscle Milk
I plan on and can do this M-F. Weekends... hey I can't promise anything. It's not like I will binge on junk foods, but I wont be as strict. If you guys can give me some feedback I would appreciate it. Maybe I need to add/subtract something or a tip on a good tasting meal I can incorporate... anything, all advice is welcome. I do have a photo of my physique if that helps? but I dont think that will do anything other than embarrass me lol
