    Please help me on my diet

    Ok back in the day I wanted to be as huge as possible, but not anymore. Now I just want to be cut and lean. I am about 6'2 and I weigh 199lbs. I've lost about 15lbs last winter (not because of a diet, I was so busy working and studying I was only eating once maybe twice a day), but I still got some flab around the sides I need to dump. I am planning to start a new diet and I need advice. Remember, I want to get lean/cut, but still add some muscle.

    Meal #1- 3 scoops Muscle Milk
    Workout
    Meal #2- Bagel, banana, bowl of oatmeal and some peanut butter
    Meal #3- 3 scoops Muscle Milk
    Meal #4- Chicken breast, non fat yogurt and some veggies
    Meal #5- Can of tuna, 3 whole eggs, 1 egg white, non fat mayo and maybe some carrots
    Meal #6- Bottle of that Isopure protein drink or 2 scoops Muscle Milk

    I plan on and can do this M-F. Weekends... hey I can't promise anything. It's not like I will binge on junk foods, but I wont be as strict. If you guys can give me some feedback I would appreciate it. Maybe I need to add/subtract something or a tip on a good tasting meal I can incorporate... anything, all advice is welcome. I do have a photo of my physique if that helps? but I dont think that will do anything other than embarrass me lol

    If u are looking to "dump some fat" as you stated, your proposed outline is going to fall well short of helping you, and it's components and placements are actually the OPPOSITE of what you should really be doing.

    The big standout is the addiction to musclemilk....that **** has to go during cutting! That's one biggie....
