14 cans of tuna per week
is that to much tuna? i'm thinkin of makin the switch to canned chicken.

No it's not. That's what I eat on average. When I'm on a tight budget I comsume 3-4 cans per day easy.

I'll go on tuna binges were I'll eat 4 meals a day with just tuna and sweet potatoes.... that comes to around 6-8 cans a day... then do that for a few weeks, so I can't be all bad

i take in anywhere from 15-20 cans a week...**** mercury and that bull...if you eat vegs and fruit it counters it...

if u drink enough water..you don't have to worry about sodium..just don't overdo it..a healthy level of sodium is ok

Tuna at least once a day is a great idea. Make sure you eat from a variety of sources of protein like red meat, chicken, whey, casein, etc etc. This way, your amino acid profiles are constantly chaning, which in turn is better for building muscle. Your body will get used to the amino acid profiles in tuna if it is consumed too much.
