    Question Appetite

    I would like some suggestions on how I can increase my appetite. I am trying to stick to my diet, but I have trouble with not having much of an appetite. It's a big problem and one I've had most of my life (eating like a bird). Any suggestions would be apprecitated.

    I have periods of time when I can't eat much. I keep a weight gain powder at home and use when needed.
