    Protein Powder...

    ****.... I swear I go through a 5lb bottle every 2 weeks or less. How much do you guys go through a month? I just looked at my credit card statement and every other 2 charges are for protein powder lol

    Guess it's because I don't have time to eat during the day (being at school and work) I have to resort to shakes instead of real food

    i usually buy 40 lbs at a time so it lasts me a bit longer plus it saves on shipping.

    Where do you buy powder from and what brand are you using?

    I usually stick with Optimum Nutrition or Allthewhey

    either pro-rated or all they whey. Last time I bought all the whey because I have been using pro-rated for the last year, i was just burnth out on choclate.

    I also bought some cacium casinate from p-factory but i doubt I will ever do that again

    I go through about 10 pounds in a month and that's taking 3 shakes a day at 60g a pop....I prefer real food....it's hard and I've gotten used to eating cold chicken but what the hell it's all about sacrifice...

    I go throught 5 lbs every 1.5-2 months.. i try to sub with low cab bars when im at work since im beging to hate strawberry powder.. so i only have a pwo shake and at most an extra shake in the middle of the day..

    i used to go through a huge bottle every month. these days i dont even use protein powders....the ONLY time i consume a shake is my post-workout meal. Every other meal from sunrise to sunset is a solid meal. You can't beat the solid meal baby! Oh yea...you should know this...for quick easy meals..the george foreman works wonders...also...quick oatmeal or quick grits

    I like Max Muscles stuff.... I use a couple tubs of Max Pro every month... I'm about to buy 18 tubs of weight gainer so that I can take 4 a day for 20 weeks of my Test Deca cycle... ill be HUGE..
