i was wondering if anyone could help me with advice on a meal i could take during work. i work from 8-6 , breakfast at 8, lunch at 12, etc. but at 3 i am starving so i need advice on a meal i can eat at this time. before the gym i eat a supplement protein bar at 6 and after gym i have a shake and a little later around 8 i have my last meal grilled chicken, green vegs, potatoes or rice. i was thinking at 3 i could have a can of tuna, fruit, and a protein shake. how does that sound or should i try something else ? please keep in mind my stats 6' 190 8-9 % bf, want to keep growing. thanks for all help.
