Why do i not see any Spaghetti on anyones diet, It has great a nutritional value,
Sodium 680mg( all in the sauce can be reduced if homemade is made)
Iron 20% ( of daily values)
folate ( Folic acids) 25%
Vitamin C 20%
Vitamin A 20%
That is just the noodles and sauce...
Just curious...seems like a good thing to me

its the noodles.. thier no good unless your bulking and even then thier iffy.. i do however add some pasta sauce to my meat even when im cutting.. classico has 5 grams of carbs 1 which is fiber and 2 which is sugar in 2 ounces of sauce. itmakes the meat taste unbelivelby good.
