OMG.....definetly a whole cheescake or brownie...I can't do the pizza unless its thin sliced due to the fat content per slice 14grms. Made some oatmeal cookies with splenda...whey protein.... raisons.....and pecans......very good for morning snack

wait a minute...you won't do the pizza because of too much fat, but a whole cheesecake is ok???
I don't know if i can decide... I like everything. chocolate chip cookies, sugary cereal, pop tarts, pizza, pasta, anything italian, anything with cheese, ice cream, godiva truffles, bagels, muffins...mmm i think i need to stop now.

More specificaly I'm Colombian. Yeah empanadas aren't the healthiest for you. Actually most typical South American food really is healthy. On average there really isn't much obesity. Most meals conatin a high protein ratio to carbs and the only carbs we really tend to consume are rice and arepas which are made of corn so they aren't digest to well anyway. But like I said that is sout5 american food central america is a whole another story they have a nack for frying or refrying everything. And the carribean well, the main staple of food there as far as protein is concerned is fish. in south america there is a strong beef industry ewspecially in agrentina. As far as the rest poultry is huge and for the coastal countries seafood is a must. Actually I find it interesting to see the difference at how unprocessed all the food is down there not to menton cheaper. Anything organic here costs 3 times as much as the regular processed stuff were it is the other case way down south. Everytime i go back I eat Heeps more but tend to loose weight and get fuller. That being the case I was always brought up eating really balanced meals with large helping of "organic proteins" and some carbs along wiht your variety of veggies and of course the exotic fruit. So if you thnk about it dieting to me is not really dieting. I've never been one to have a sweet tooth. If I ever had a craving my mother wood shove a mango or pear in mouth and I'd shut up like a good boy. just goes to show you.
