BAD, YOU NEED TO NIX THE CEREAL AND EAT SOME OATMEAL INSTEAD. TOO MANY HIGH GLYCEMIC CARBS IN MILK AND CEREAL.

    11:30 a.m. slim fast shake
THESE ARE HORRIBLE, THEY HAVE 40!!! GRAMS OF SUGAR, AND 10 GRAMS OF PROTEIN, MOSTLY FROM SOY. YOU NEED TO TAKE IN A PROTEIN SHAKE W/FLAX HERE.

    12:30 a.m. hit the wieghts
AFTER WEIGHT TRAINING, TAKE IN A PWO SHAKE (SEE STICKY ABOVE).

2:00 p.m. egg white omelette 2 pieces of wheat bread with L.F. P.B.
MAKE THIS YOUR POST WORKOUT MEAL, AND MAKE IT BROWN RICE INSTEAD OF BREAD, AND YOU ARE FINE

    6:30 p.m. tuna,apple
    DITCH THE APPLE

9:00 p.m. steak or chicken breast and veggie
    GOOD.

1:00 A.m. cottage cheese and L.F. vanilla yogurt
OK, COTTAGE CHEESE (FAT FREE) IS GOOD. YOGURT HAS TOO MANY SUGARS, AND IS BAD.

    2:00 a.m. bed
Only beverage is water (at least gallon daily)and L.F. milk with 9:00 meal.
Ditch the milk, too much sugar.

Personnally, I think you can do much better. Total cerial is loaded with sugar. The milk that you probably add to it (although you dont't state it) adds unnecessary carbs. Replace that meal with something else.

Slimfast is also basically a sugar product so I would kill that too.

The low fat PB has a higher sugar content than regular PB, so you would likely be better off with an ordinary all natural PB. Run peanuts through a blender and you'll have it. What's more it will taste better than what you are presently eating.

Personally the only meal that I think is solit is the steak/chinken w/ veggies and perhaps the tuna and apple. The apple has lots of sugar, but at least it has some other properties that are helpful.

Since your goal it to cut, I think you should be looking at cutting your sugar (carb) intake. Right now, from what you describe, it represents a high percentage of what you are/will be eating. Since the calorie intake seems pretty low, you may be okay with this in spite of what I have said, but it seems to me that it would be more productive to decrease you sugar intake, even if it is at the expence of fat intake. The fat intake will make you feel fuller longer anyway, helping you stick to the plan.

you don't want to eat ramen noodles either. too many simple carbs. also, you say you're a sweet freak, you might want to try some sugar free jell-o. it tastes the same as regular but without the carbs.

I wasn't sure about the noodles I know most your carbs need to be p,w,o,nutrition. So I'll go with a baked tator or oats.

The oatmeal is a better option. It will breakdown more slowly. The baked potato is a poor option as it is a simple carb rather than a complex carb.

i dont think for a novice to the art its that much of a huge deal. thier both carbs and since hes not close to single digits the bake potatoe cant do that much harm. However you are correct. If you cant stomach oatmeal look into yams.
