    Going Nuts!

    i've been told eating nuts helps you gain mass?

    Yes, but they can also make you fat. You have to fit in those nutrients correctly into your diet to account for the calories and the fats nuts will give you.

    Yeah bro, eating Snickers helps gain mass too, but what KIND of mass...........

    Nuts can be good, but the aren't solely responsible for gaining mass, that's a blanket statement. Where to include them and in the proper amounts are very key.

    well atm im just trying to bulk..
    60grams times a day too much?

    they have efas..... but to a point then you go to excess and gain the size your against...

    Include them w/your protein shakes, that's a good idea. (If you drink those during your bulk) They can provide the fats you need, and you don't have to worry about the carbs in the nuts if you are bulking. (I'd still only use almonds myself, but that's just me)
