personally i dont think you need to do cardio twice a day to get results and i am wondering if this is a non-lifting day. if it's not then you need to incorporate a post lifting shake with protein and dextrose and then a solid post lifting meal an hour or two later with a lean protein food and complex medium GI carb. aside from that it looks ok though i dont eat fruit much and there's some people that dont think it's necessary to have. it sounds pretty **** good.. im suprised that for once a newbie (no offence) posted a really well thought out diet.. the only thing i have to ask is why are you taking vit c like its crack? the only thing that you might wanna change is the apple but if your really crazy about it.. it can stay.. and what time is your last meal at?

if he wants to then why not.. hes taking a strong anti-catabolic so it wouldnt hurt.. and i assumed that it is on a non lift day since he mentioned the cardio.. but i might be wrong

Cardio is on non lifting days only.

well to each his own, but i just think that progress could be steady with one session alone and i know i hate doing cardio even that much....what ever makes you happy though as long as ur results are positive.

there are better sources of fiber then apples, (green veggies).. but as i said if you enjoy the taste and need something sweet to keep you sane..

and bigsd i agree i didnt mean it to sound as i was trying to knock you, but since he listed it he must enjoy it or at lease tolarate it... but i also do cardio once a day..

Change meal 4 to the same kind of meal as lunch, and eat the apple right before your workout.

Why the apple before a workout, isn't it simple sugars, and that's a no-no while dieting?

I made a correction and supplemented metamucil fiber apple crisp. A diet with high fiber is needed with cutting diet to achieve optimum results. That is my oppinion. Besides it helps remove unwanted waste so that you don't always feel bloated or look bloated. I thought apples would do but i realized that they carry alot of unwanted sugar.

you dont want fiber pwo as it will slow shuttling of nutrients to your bloodstream and muscles.
