Whats worse over or under eating?

Im not talking eating way to much or starving yourself. But what is worse for a weight loss diet.

Eating a bit to much or a bit to little?

Neither is great. Too little and you lose muscle too much and you gain fat. So, you need to get it right.

    Yupp..
Im worried that Im undereating cause my weightloss is not going quite fast enough and maby eating to little is putting my body into starvation mode if such a thing exists??

But on the other hand Im gaining strenght and even size(new stretch marks on the trapz and my arms have grown can feel it in some clotes, but they sure havent become fatter) very good right now so undereating seems odd.

The thing is Im 100% sure Im not overeating, if I am then I must have the ****ties metabolism ever. Feels like I cant push my food intake much lower

The only way you'll know what works for your body is by trial and error. Try eating a little more for a bit. Toggle with things and learn your body. Once you do, you'll know it for life.

You may not need to lower calories, but you may need to exchange grams of a macro for grams of another, and re-arrange some activities. Taking away food usually isn't the way to do it in a situation such as your's, but changing the food is.

Don't get caught up worrying about what the scale says...if you're getting bigger/stronger and the mirror says you are leaning out, then obviously your diet is in check.

I've been running SC's SGX for 2 months now and my weight is exactly the same when I started but I'm much leaner and much stronger. Don't let the scale get to your head.

Thanks for all the godd advices bro's. Im gonna leave the workouts as they are cause they are giving me huge strenght gains but I can play around with cardio a bit, Increase it to a hour from 45 minutes.

Also gonna try and add some more healthy fats, olive oil in a shake before beed maby.

More carbs postworkout also seems like a good idea.

Another idea Im playing around with is a high carb day in the middle of the week?
Right now I stay below 100g carbs on workout day and below 50g on non workout days and have one pig out day every friday.
Maby my body needs another carb fueling day(but not another pig out day obviously)?

I guess you are right when you said I shouldnt bother checking weight, I can see in the mirror that Im leaning out and the **** scale just plays tricks with the mind.
The ****ed upp thing is that I can flex in the mirror and feel very lean, then I jump on the scale and if I havent lost weight I suddenly look all fat when I flex. **** must have muscle dysmoprhia and anorexia combined

Johan-get your bodyfat checked periodically to gauge your progress since the scale can be very misleading. The scale is pratically useless, especially when your auto cycling your carbs.

Do you measure all your food? I was very surprised how many calories I was depriving mybody of when I was eyeballing the amounts.

    Good luck,

I get betwen 280 and 300g of protein a day and thats 1,5g/pound of bodyweight. Seems enough

Well if it's working for you don't change it. I am by no means an expert about how your body works. That is a great protein intake. Keep up the good work and keep us posted!

Well as you know it all varies with how much I weigh at the time, but I would say when I cut up I'm usually around 270-275 cutting down to 250-255. I usually put my intake to around 3000 cals. Lastly, I don't think you ignore my advice. It's just advice, and you know your body 100% more than I do. I am always here to help!
