need a little help
Hey Guys,
I am starting to get on an m1t cycle. I am 5'8" and only 145 lbs. I dont know what my body fat is but I'm sure its pretty low. I was just wondering an estimate of protein, carbs, and fat grams I should shoot for each day in order to bulk up (but not put on too much body fat). Any help would be appreciated.

I'm 19 years old. The reason im at such a low weight (145 lbs.) is cuz i've been wrestling forever and I finally don't have to keep my weight down so Im trying to get big.

Cool.....being that you were mildly "depriving yourself" of all the growth materials you need to get bigger (foods) because you were wrestling and making weight, you can now put together a solid bulking plan, and I'm sure you'll see the rewards come! Just stick to it for at least 6 weeks before you change anything. Too many changes too early, and you'll get discouraged. 6 weeks may seem long, but after that time you'll know what the "answer" is and can adjust, but if you constantly change every week or two, you'll get lost in finding out what really needs to be adjusted. THAT is what wastes time.

My problem is that i dont have a lot of access to grocery stores and what not and I'm still on dorm food
So from 8:00-10:45 I can eat like scrambled eggs and bacon, ham, and sausage are the meats they serve. They also got like bagels and crap but I'm sure I ownt be eating that.
10:45-4:00 I can get burgers (i would prolly eat them plain without the bun), fried fish
4:00-10:00 I can get a bunch of grilled chicken breasts
Theres always salad and fruit too. I also already have a bunch of whey protein, amino acids, creatine, and glutamine. I personally dont know what the hell to do cuz it doesn't look like I can make a very good diet out of this. I prolly could try to get to a grocery store one time and stock up on some tuna or something. If anyone could help me out and tell me what I'm missing and what foods I can and cant eat out of what i got to work with. I really need to figure out a good diet out of this dorm food.

dude you seem to be under the impression of that you need to cut out carbs.. well thats the total opposite.. you need approx 45% of pro 40% of carbs and 15% fat type of diet.. so a hamburger on a bun is a okay type food.. its isnt perfect but you have to use it no matter what.. so look on at the lean mass sticky above for some ideas. construct a plan and hit us up with it.. if you need help pm me..
