ECA = self explanetory
R-ALA = Helps move carbs from your PWO and PWO meal
Biotin = Since your taking rala
Multi-Vit = Also self explanetory..
oh and crack.. nothing has up in the moring like a good pull from a crack pipe :D..

well i would take the ECA prior to cardio. the multi after cardio before eating and the biotin and with rala with my PWO shake and PWO meal.. and the eca CAN burn muslce..
if your diets right, then you wont have to worry about losing mass, they mentioned everything you need....
Please, lay out your plan of attack for us in it's entirety. The questions you are asking are "open-ended", as there are about 4 different ways to respond to them. That being said, none of them are miracle workers, nor will they do the work for you. They can ASSIST and already sterling approach diet wise, but if your fuel is off, these additives ain't gonna do squat.

flaxseed oil
12:00-8oz chicken
2:30-Tuna
1 cup brown rice
4:00-protein shake
7:00-8 oz steak
green vegetable
9:00-post work out shake
10:00-11:00-6 egg whites
This is what im eating and im doing 4 days of cardio for 35 minutes.
