diet for six weeks and I need help with.
diet plans 6weeks . looking to go from 13 to 8%. the carbs and protien look good I think. need critique on this. too much carbs? I am doing cardio twice a day 5-6times a week.
suppliment-clen/eca cycle with vandylsulphate + chromium and glumatine
wakeup
one hour of roller blade
3egg white 2 toast
shake
tuna in olive oil(not sure this is fatting or even vegitable oil)with lowcarb toast
workout then cardio(30minutes after workout so the glygogen are burned and fat is burned during the cardio)
2chicken breast+2potato+shake +0%yogurt or salad
2banana
beanswith jello free sugar with shake
cheating two times a week.<---I don't think I could do it with the cheats(vegipizza or lean hamburger or something with fries)reason diets are so boring.
