    diet for six weeks and I need help with.

    diet plans 6weeks . looking to go from 13 to 8%. the carbs and protien look good I think. need critique on this. too much carbs? I am doing cardio twice a day 5-6times a week.
    suppliment-clen /eca cycle with vandylsulphate + chromium and glumatine

    wakeup
    one hour of roller blade

    3egg white 2 toast
    shake

    tuna in olive oil(not sure this is fatting or even vegitable oil)with lowcarb toast

    workout then cardio(30minutes after workout so the glygogen are burned and fat is burned during the cardio)

    2chicken breast+2potato+shake +0%yogurt or salad

    2banana

    beanswith jello free sugar with shake


    cheating two times a week.<---I don't think I could do it with the cheats(vegipizza or lean hamburger or something with fries)reason diets are so boring.

    rollerbalding isnt a great choice of cardio due to the simple fact of it not being intense enough unless your constatly going up a hill whic chances are your not..

    thats a whole lot of cheating..

    overall your eating very little.. clen is a really good anti-catabolic agent but if you dont eat the right food it can only take you that far.. look at the stickeys above for some help.. clen is not a miricale drug or we all would be taking it.. and i hope you ahve done your reasearch on it and know how to piramid it correctly.. cause a cardiac arrest isnt that plesent of a expirence.. and im sorry if i flamed you i truely applogize...

    I am taking the banana for for clen . should I increase the protein? cheat once a week then? I am just doing the roller blade to cover to burn the carbs.

    okay you should over all eat more.. bananna is a terrible choice of carbs... if anything eat natty PB.. as i said roller balding is a poor form of cardio..

    I was just pullin' his chain, as I know he responds like mad to posts, and writes very quickly so I hope he doesn't think I'm deliberately clownin' him, that is not the case. Heck, we all make errors from time to time.........

    Spell Check won't even help in this case, as "balding" is a legit word........it'd spell check as if nothing is wrong, however the meaning of the sentence is what is off.
