its been said that due to no activity during sleep, the body cant burn calories and that leeds to putting on some fat.. it has also been said that "fat puts on fat" and that its as dumb to belive that, as it is to belive that "u get green from eating vegetables".. now you shouldnt eat food with fat in the evening, not because u put on much fat, but because its bad in other ways for your body to eat it before u go to sleep.. as for carbs.. carbs with a low GI is always good if u wanna keep the fat away.. the body insulin sensitivity is lower in the evening than in the morning and therefor you should preferably eat food with more carbs in the morning.. protein.. protein is as important in the evening as it is after training.. a slow type of protein that can provide aminoacids (sp) during the night are the best because the body GH is acctualy increasing during sleep.. the best protein to take before u go to bed is kasein, you can find it in cottage cheese and in protein shakes that say: "night time formula" and "slow release mechanism"

    ohh my bad i meant:
"its been said that due to no "real" activity during sleep (for the hardheads this means none of the best activities that burn fat such as running or walking), the body cant burn the calories that you eat in the evening and that leeds to putting on some fat.. "
