What diet help you gain mass the quickest?
need a diet plan for gaining as much mass possible the quickest. This forum seems sweet just from checking out other ppl's posts cause everyone on here has so much knowledge about keepin in shape and keeping healthy. So hopefully I can get some help from you ppl on a diet list!

its a combo of diet, rest and heavy training..... and you should be able to get a few great posts on this already here bro.... good luck....4000cal diet is agood start...

The best diet for gaining mass is eating EVERYTHING in sight. When I did my first cycle, no word of a lie, I ate 7000 calories per day, and I gained weight FAST, the first week I gained 10lbs, I know this isnt healthy but its what happened. I am lucky to have a fairly fast metabolism so I didnt gain much fat at all. I start off every cycle eating this much, but about half way through there is no possible way I could eat this much, my body just cant handle it.
