Hi guys well ive decided on my diet (i'll write it out nearer the bottom) I have a few questions though...
1.I have just bought Fish oils (Omega 3 fatty acids) i was gonna get flax seed oil but the gym owner told me that this stuff is better but i never hear u guys talk about it? is it any good?when should i take it (its 1000mg x 3 a day)...
FLAX AND FISH OIL BOTH HAVE YOUR NECESSARY ESSENTIAL FATTY ACIDS LIKE YOUR OMEGA 3,6, AND 9. EITHER ONE IS GOOD.
2. Im on a bulking diet but am already carrying some excess weight (pics here

With this im taking a supplement with Beta Ecdysterone, Mucuna Prureins, Fenugreek sterols, and Diindolymemethane... are these ingredients any good or would i be better with a ZMA compound? and with these is it advisable to take something like lean system 7 before the 30 mins cardio to help shift the fat?
I WOULD CHOOSE THE ZMA JUST BECAUSE I THINK IT'S OVERALL CHEAPER THAN BUYING ALL THE SEPARATE INGREDIENTS. AND THE LEAN SYSTEM 7 IS A GREAT IDEA TO ADD BEFORE YOU HIT THE CARDIO!
