    New member Bulk Diet critique and diet questions

    Hi guys well ive decided on my diet (i'll write it out nearer the bottom) I have a few questions though...
    1.I have just bought Fish oils (Omega 3 fatty acids) i was gonna get flax seed oil but the gym owner told me that this stuff is better but i never hear u guys talk about it? is it any good?when should i take it (its 1000mg x 3 a day)...

    2. Im on a bulking diet but am already carrying some excess weight (pics here http://anabolicreview.com/vbulletin/...ad.php?t=92581 ) so is it ok to do 30 mins of cardio before breakfast 3 times a week??

    3. With this im taking a supplement with Beta Ecdysterone, Mucuna Prureins, Fenugreek sterols, and Diindolymemethane... are these ingredients any good or would i be better with a ZMA compound? and with these is it advisable to take something like lean system 7 before the 30 mins cardio to help shift the fat?

    My diet is looking to be...

    Meal 1
    5 egg whites (3 yolks)
    3 x toast
    1 banana
    2 low fat yogurts (fromage frais)
    Multivit
    Omega 3 ??
    Whey protein
    60gm protien, 70 grams carbs 20gm fat

    Meal 2
    Cup of porridge oats
    60 grams Carbs

    Meal 3
    1 1/2 Chicken breasts
    Tin of Beans
    45 gm protein, 60 gm Carbs

    Meal 4
    2 x Tin of tuna
    4 Slices wholegrain bread
    reduced calorie mayo
    66gm protein, 60gm Carbs, 20gm fat

    Meal 5
    Beef
    Noddles
    50gm protein, 60 Carbs

    PWO
    46 gm protein
    70gm Simple Carbs

    Meal 6 (hour after PWO)
    1/2 chicken breast
    2 slices of bread
    40 gm protein, 40gm Carbs

    Meal 7
    10z Chicken breasts
    100gm brown rice
    55gm Protein , 75gm Carbs

    Meal 8 before bed
    Chicken breast
    small amount of beef
    Protein shake
    55gm Protein 10gm fat

    Totals
    450gm protein
    520gm Carbs

    does that look any good, im 6'3 and 217lbs around 17% Bf

    FLAX AND FISH OIL BOTH HAVE YOUR NECESSARY ESSENTIAL FATTY ACIDS LIKE YOUR OMEGA 3,6, AND 9. EITHER ONE IS GOOD.

    THE BEST TIME FOR FAT BURNING IS FIRST THING IN THE A.M. ON AN EMPTY STOMACH AT AROUND 65-75% YOUR MAX HEART RATE. YOU FIND THAT BY TAKING 220- YOUR AGE MULTIPLYED BY 0.65 OR WHICHEVER % YOU CHOOSE.

    I WOULD CHOOSE THE ZMA JUST BECAUSE I THINK IT'S OVERALL CHEAPER THAN BUYING ALL THE SEPARATE INGREDIENTS. AND THE LEAN SYSTEM 7 IS A GREAT IDEA TO ADD BEFORE YOU HIT THE CARDIO!

    So this is not good for a bulking diet??
    Its just the thread u sent me to was about cutting..
    The supplement that im going to use has all the 4 ingredients in it, i just wondered if they were any good..
    The only reason i mentioned cardio was to maybe get rid of a lil fat seen as how if you do it early in the morning it sheds some fat and doesn't really take away from the over all calorie intake

    Ahh, I didn't notice that. Whether it be for bulking or cutting the thread gives a good set up of types of foods and where they should be put in your diet (i.e.- protein/fat or protein/carb meals). Just follow the sticky and add in extra food or meals to take in more calories than you burn. Hope that helps.
