Here latley I have seen a change in my diet. What i eat, how much I eat,and how often. I dont want sub par esults from my cycle,so I have changed my diet.
Here are some of the things I consume on a dialy basis.
7.30 am
1 oat meal packet mixed in with 1 tbsp of nat. PB and ON's whey protein.
1 large sized carrot,and 1 celery stick
9.30am
nat. Pb on whole wheat,
shake
12.00PM
2 pork steak with brown rices and mixed veggies
1 yoplait yourt
3.00pm
1 shake with oatmeal mixed in
1 lean type steak with onions, bell pepper
1 tuna packet "tuna creations" smoked flavor"
6.00pm pre workout
2 rice cakes with nat, PB
1 sandwhich with 2 slices turkey on whole wheat
6 oz of grape juice
7.30pm post work out
1 large serving of pasta"spagehtti" or lasagna"
2 rice cakes
1 low fat yogurt
1 shake
6 oz grape juice.
9.00pm
shake
tuna packet
2 chicken breast.
10.30pm bed time
shake.
Most of the time like clock work im and up at 3.00am. I get hot,im assuming from the fina and I always have to pee. i drink 2.5 gallons of water daily. So when I get up I have another shake and usually eat some left over chicken or fish, or spagehtti. Last night I had a pork chop.and a red potatoe. Im kinda of confused,because, I was alot leaner1 month ago,but I was following a cutting diet,while i was trying to bulk. Im still pretty lean,but I want to grow,and then later cut. I also dont want sub par results,so i am eating as much as possible,and as clean as possible without lossing my calorie goal. which is somewhere in the 5500 to 6000 range. Do any of you see anything wrong with my intake?
I know there is a lean mass diet posted my mikexxl, but i just wanted to get creative and try out a few things and see how it goes.
