Need help with Nutrition Facts

When I go to the grocery store I try and get food that will help me gain lean body mass and I have the hardest time because I dont understand what to look for on the Nutrition Facts and I know half the things that look good for me probably arent. Could some one tell me what to look for and what to stay away from? Thanks
