    This has been bothering me...

LOL i know this is gona sound stupid... but I was / am still trying to figure this out.

How the hell is there 190 calories for 2 table spoons of Regular Peanut butter which has added sugars, and 210 calories in 2 table spoons of Natural Peanut Butter with no sugar. Yes I know I have too much time on my hands but it I just don't get it lol... I feel like a blonde.

regular Pb has less fat, even if they add sugar, fat as more calorie than carbs...
so natty pb has still more calorie... (due to more fat)

or maybe it is a big scam ?

Remember how labels can differ and how NOTHING is actually exact.

That's why the low-carb items are pretty darn risky if one is trying to be remotely close to counting carbs/calories/controlling slin/etc.
